Thank you for taking the time to reply. Perhaps if it is not too late you can try and get some info on the timing for the financing, the acquisitions, and also to reach profitability if they are successful with the above? ""Not neccesary profitable comapnies but maybe un profitable comapnies and with there technology and now how , turn these companies into profitable compaanies."" They must also have a clear plan of the type of companies that they will be looking for? Perhaps they can expand on whether they will be going concerns, shells, etc. I have had little time to do the amount of DD that I would prefer, and appreciate your efforts. Regards, Dan
