David, I have to say my experience unfortunately has been similar to yours. I did know that you had to agree to inferior comms, but I didn't realize the non-refundable deposit policy. However, I do believe this type of comms will only improve in the future and that is what most investors must be basing their purchases on these days. Also, IMO IDTC (net2phone) will not necessarily be the benefactor of future technological improvements in internet telephony. rll
