Good morning, Ron! I am with you, fella...I understand that Ginny feels betrayed, and I am not very happy with how the whole change to VLVT was handled, but hey...I believe that most of the value of my CSMA stock is sitting in my spinoffs, so I really don't give a hoot what happens to the CSMA side of the house. Glad they found soembody who wanted the shell, actually. Cheers! Rick
