some journal called into question the company's accounting. i think it was off wall street or something like that. i didn't track it down since i only have a tiny remnant interest in uswb.

it also noted the slow growth of cks group.

no doubt the accounting is complicated in a roll up of x hundreds of small unrelated companies.

new management can probably fix things eventually though.
