Chicken Kitchen Signs 10-Store Development Agreement

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken Kitchen Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CKKC) announced today the signing of a multi-unit franchise agreement with David Krasna, former Vice President and Secretary of Chicken Kitchen Corporation, for the development of 10 restaurants in Southeast Florida over the next five years. The exact locations have not yet been chosen, but both parties agree that the first restaurant should be up and running by the end of the summer. Chicken Kitchen's agreement with Krasna is a major step in Chicken Kitchen's franchise expansion program.

The agreement between Chicken Kitchen and Krasna provides Chicken Kitchen with the opportunity to more than double its current store presence in the South Florida community in a very short period of time. There are presently six Chicken Kitchen stores, all company-owned and operating in Miami's Dade County area.
