Hawaii, What we know: IDT has deals with GCTY,YHOO,BCST,NSCP,PRGY, and many others these are just the immediate names that come to mind...Surely AOL, did not let's NSCP do a "DEAL" without first having a "word" or two...We know or what was inferred from the latest CBS article that DISNEY, is in talks with IDT for some sort of "distribution" deal with N2P ala IDT. We know that CIBC-Oppenheimer and BankersTrust..ala Alex Brown, has extended IDT a "credit facility" to get the bond consent done by 4/23 and yes, that coincidently corresponds-correlates with the approximate date which Softbank has postulated that their "deal" may be done. We also know that GENIE, is about to be relaunched around that same time perhaps with DSL, and No blankmind, I have not forgotten about the DOMAIN Registration Biz, which IDT also has Nor have I forgot about the E-Commerce solutions which IDT already has In place...For someone to insinuate that IDT is only a "Telco" obviously the have done little If any DD on IDT and we are at the threshold of a New era in IDT's Growth cycle. Did I mention that IDT also has it's XNET division... which has been deploying their propeitary switch throughout IDT's network... Some people also may have missed the fact that IDT as a BANDWIDTH BARON, has more "connections" throughout the globe(imho) than any of it's competitors and has higher margins that any of it's competitors.
there will be those who turn up their noses at facts, those who seek to "stir the pot", and those who are savvy enough to make smart decisions and be on the right side of the equation.
the list is endless and to even continue a dialog with the "nameless one" is imho, counter productive at best... the less he is addressed the less he will reply and thusly less garbage will be littered across this board.
