So, (if they don't or can't cancel the stock issued to "other" parties <CSMA>) the dilution will be about 3 times pre-merger. 25mm currently, plus 50mm issued to Veltex, so that makes 75mm divided by 25, leaves 3 million shares. (check my math) Now divide that by the price of where the stock closed on Friday and you should get about a 50 cent or so share price. I take other things into consideration too. KZAP
