Dave, The majority getting out now may very well be overnight traders, but I still believe that without any announcements updating negotiations or contracts this stock will drift further=$.75 (possibly). It would not be a bad idea to buy in at the $1 range and average down if it drifts lower. For my personal situation I will wait until it bottoms out under $1 and then pick up some shares. If there were some "big guns" (or brokerages) buying into this stock I would have to guess that they would start the buying a little closer to signing of the contracts...2-3 months is a long time for impatient microcap traders.
