I doubt it, rudedog. I had the displeasurable experience of being a direct report of EP's in europe in the late 70s. He is a very confident man, as in arrogant, and a real power broker (witnessed by his "assasination" of Rod). Besides, if the BoD punches him out, his golden parachute, added to his over-compensation over the last 5 years, will allow him to buy a small european country and retire in style. I think EP is in a win-win situation, as opposed to his investors.
