I could only guess. If they get an automatic NASDAQ listing after the merger is complete,and the stock takes off like most of the
E commerce, health companies. ..... then no.
But, remember I have been around as a stock holder since Heartlabs of America. Anything could happen. They could always ask the share holders to allow them to issue more stock to acquire more companies that would grow the business. What do you think ? Where do you see the combined company of CyberCare, MIOA NATD,AESI.??
