STOCK-PICKER SUNDAY entry. I try to limit my ideas to one at a time, so allow me to suggest Qualcomm for consideration.

QCOM is an emerging Gorilla (as in MONOPOLY) now that they have swept aside the last holdout, Ericsson, for the enabling technology for wireless voice and data protocol. The revenue stream from CDMA licensing should propel qcom's price upwards by a factor of at least 25 over the next 5 years. They report next week, and there are rumors of a 3:1 stock split.

IMHO, qcom is a fantastic long term hold opportunity, and a bargain at today's price.
