RE: where you been for the last 6 months? L-T int rates are rising. Goodness...6 months is long term? Rates are still in a secular decline, big guy. I haven't seen anything (yet) to change my opinion on that. Regardless, this market isn't going anywhere at a 5.5% rate and full employment. If rates rise, you are right, game over man. B.
