Sir, We currently have appoximately 6.5 million shares outstanding and 2.3 million in the Float. We can not comment on the price of the stock other than to say that we are currently buying shares back and have bought approximately 40,000 shares this week. As for cash in hand, we are currently a non-reporting company, we will be reporting by the end of the second quarter and all of that information will be available. Sagamore Trading Group
