Zeus, I agree with what you are saying. Bottom line is the Form 10 is filed. They have gotten it done. Individual investors may be pleased or not, but it is now done. Personally, I believe the numbers are accurate, irregardless of who did them, as the officers have too much to lose if they are not accurate. Any judgement I make will be based on what they say, not who did them. As for the shorts, if they are caught up, fine....if not, I want my investment to be based on fact not supposition or perception. (Though I agree perception does play a part in price) Jim J
