Clarence, FAT vs. NTFS makes no difference. I never logoff and run all this from my main config. I only use the backup config in case of disaster. Whats your concern or problem??? run backupexec and diskeeper and on your trading config that you use all day. EDIT: Why are you running so many configs??? Diskkeeper could be installed on all configs no problem. backup exec could too but the catalog would be full of holes. I run the same session for weeks at a time without ever logging of or rebooting... Sean Sean
