From the 10K: MRVC did buy back more of the their convertible debt than I thought last year, although this must have been convertible debt from previous years. The convertible debt issued last June is not callable for 3 years. Also I thought only 10,000 shares of treasury stock had been repurchased. It must have been more like 20,000 shares.
