Know Genius - yes, but we will be able to purchase 6 shares of NCNX per every 1000 HARTQ owned at close April 1, 1999. So if NCNX goes to 100, we can still buy it for 27. So some recovery is going to be made, I am awaiting a call from the HARTQ attorneys Monday morning, or shall be calling them back in the afternoon to get some idea of when warrants can be expected, then leaving this issue in the garbage can where it belongs.
