There are now reports from several different sources indicating Yugoslav regulars are defecting in large. The bombing is continuing so that NATO can negotiate from a position of strength. The tables are turning and I actually believe this may turn out, despite the Clinton Administration, as it was intended with the return of Albanian refugees (which even Russia demands) and a peace keeping force on the ground of an autonomous Kosovo.
