I think it goes higher then a buck.

Here's why:

1. Quarter just ended.
2. Financials to be released to get some credibility. (want to bet they look decent)
3. Need stock higher to issue more stock for max. capital.
4. May need to borrow from bank. (need financials for that)
5. Need credibility with new shareholders, need SEC to go away for awhile.

Veltex is now CSMA, they have many unhappy shareholders out there even if it was not Veltex's fault, the SEC is involved. Veltex obviously wants the shares to appreciate because the leadership has a bunch of it. I can only assume they know of the past problems with CSMA, realize there are many angry shareholders out there, and have a plan to gain credibility with new/existing shareholders.

We shall see!
