Interpretation...they probably blew the quarter....

I think the quarter having been blown is a foregone conclusion. The real question about INPR right now is not the latest quarter, it is the possibility of past quarter restatements. CEO and CFO leaving without explanation is NOT normal. It does not happen everyday, and when it does, more times than not accounting fraud is not far behind. Will there be accounting fraud and 10-Q restatements, nobody knows for sure. But the actions of these two looks very suspicious. They need to quell these concerns by having the upcoming 10-Q audited by one of the big 8 firms. Normally only the 10-K is audited, but under the circumstances, this 10-Q needs it if the current management wants any credibility going forward.
