Right now, it is a guessing game. I just wanted to point out what I thought would interest any potential investors. As to the buy back, it all depends on their intentions. Are they going to cancel said shares once they are in the company's treasury? I really don't know how to answer that. However, a PP usually involves Units (special warrants 'sw'). Each sw usually allows its holder to subscribe to a common share at no additional and confers a warrant that can be exercised in a X time period at Y cost. Therefore, I doubt that the buyback would increase the PPs ownership. Just want to make sure that you understand that this is all speculation right now. Keith asked me if I thought that this company was undervalued and after having done some DD I had to agree with his statement. Don't understand why the company was trading between 0.11-0.13 for a while. I am starting to realize that Keith has an eye for finding undervalued gems. Just take JDX as an example. He had been accumulating it since it was trading around 0.40. I decided to get in at 0.60 a couple weeks ago because I liked what I saw. It is now trading at 1.15. I guess it's the same thing with ANC. One thing I can't figure out is the volume we had on Friday! Yes, Keith mentioned it on 2 threads, but I have a hard time believing that daytraders sent the stock to a new year high. There must be something else... Will have to do some more digging.
