Brad: everyone has a job? I think the job statistics are one of the most grossly manipulated numbers the feds put out. When I see pictures of many thousands of people sleeping in the streets overnight to get in line to get a ticket that lets them be in the lottery for three hundred longshoremen jobs, AND I look at the chart of the smallcap and midcap "value" index, AND I drive through silicon valley to see that there is block upon block of empty buildings for lease, and more every day, I know the truth. There appears to be a relatively small number of very wealthy people playing the stock market, a lot of minumum-wage jobs, and not much in between.
