You can not predict prices in this market. Stock prices are disjoint from the value of underlying securities. Market ignores all negative news and in some cases bad news is a cause for a rally.
AMAT should be in low twenties but who knows where the speculators will take it.

Thake this statistic from one of the posters on SI and make your own conclusions:
Microsoft was up $100 billion in the first quarter. US
GDP was up $111 billion in the fourth quarter.
