Hi folks. I have been sitting back and waiting. However, I still don't see any thing positive with csma at this time. I do have a few questions if someone wished to venture some suggestions.
1. What, if any benefits were there to csma shareholders for the spin offs?
2 If there were not benefits to shareholders, then who did benefit or does benefit from the spinoffs?
3. What, if any are the benefits to shareholders for all of the spinoff shares continuing to be restricted?
4. If there are no benefits to shareholders, then who benefited or does benefit from keeping the shares restricted?
5. As long as all spinoff shares are restricted, do shareholders have any protection against dissipation of assets through theft, misappropriation or otherwise?
6. As long as all spinoff shares are restricted is there really any way to hold management accountable for preservation of assets?
I consider these serious questions which need answers. Frankly, I don't know the answers, but i suspect the answers are not got for shareholders. Thanks. lew
