WillP,
I am afraid to say this, but the Luscar decision has a direct bearing an Aber and Winspear...a Liberal appointed judge has overturned a development approval....interesting that the lawyer for the well funded environmental groups against Luscar and diamond development by the way, is as former Liberal too....mind you, that is just politics now isn't it....when in power, aren't you supposed to look after your friends? .....I suppose the opposition with have the gumption to call it judicial and political pork barreling by another arrogant Liberal government past its prime, however, the sad part is, is that this is the kind of uncertainty that will give Canada another black eye, with respect to domestic and foreign investment in resource development.....wake up Aber, Winspear, Luscar and any other mine development company....the message is loud and clear: if you want development approvals, you use Liberal law firms familiar with how Ottawa works and Liberal engineering firms like SNC, and both from Eastern Canada.......but ask for political guidance from your Liberal MLA as to which firm should be the benificiary.....and no, they do not accept banana's as payment, even though Canada is acting like a banana republic.....
regards,
teevee
