There are lots of con-artists out there. I'm thinking of signing up to have a tax-haven situs set up for me as an ambassador (cost $5,000) or other official foreign diplomat (range from $2,500 to $4,000) of Mouogwaaogwaa out in the Pacific someplace. I can then grant sovereign immunity from all U.S. taxes to anyone here for a small political contribution.
