Tom, all I am pointing out is what they said was going to happen and what the perception by most of the investors was. If they continue thinking that they can make statements and inferences and then not back them up, it is not and will not be lost on the investment community. I also stated that whether or not it SHOULD matter concerning the auditors being south of the border ISN'T the issue. The issue is that it DOES matter. The other part is that they said that they had retained a Texas based auditor and gave the impression that this new firm would be doing a peer review. Am I correct on this or not? Finally, they need to clear up the share ownership situation. CEO's of public companies cannot arbitrarily in secret issue themselves more shares. Am I right about this? If Colin is truly interested in FMV for his company and shareholders, then he ought to get this stuff out in the light of day. As for the short theory, go back and read my posts. At one point I thought it was a pretty good possibility. I am far less certain of that now and have stated that before. Just my opinion of course. Obviously being a shareholder, I would like to see it happen, but am very unconvinced at this point. I would also like to add that I have been entirely consistent in my view of the auditing of this company. I was looking forward to seeing a peer review with someone elses big "John Henry" on the line stating that they back up the figures 100%. I think it is very unfortunate that we did not get that kind of certification. You can also be certain that I am not the only one with this point of view.
