Emerging Growth Internet Company Now Qualifies For "Blue Sky" In Approximately 40 States
Kanakaris Communications Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KANA) announced that it has been approved by the Standard & Poor's Editorial Board for a full description in the F-K volume of S&P's Standard Corporate Records. An initial description of the company will be published in the S&P Daily News Section in three business days from the approval date of April 8, 1999. The Standard & Poor's listing will provide Kanakaris Communications, Inc. with "Blue Sky" trading privileges in approximately 40 states.
