Gray area. If their business is a stock discussion site or a newsletter, not much leeway is given.

If their business has nothing to do with stocks, it's generally okay to just include a link after their name, so long as there doesn't appear to be a concerted effort to drum up business through our site.

Though it's not the single determining factor, we're generally less tolerant with those who are using the message base to advertise what our advertisors pay us good money to advertise.
