That has been obvious for quite some time since it sold off from 70.

ZITL now rarely rally's with the market, it is trading in its own chart. Take a look at the chart - the direction ZITL will take barring news is not pretty.

There's nothing wrong being long only that it is very speculative. Being short, on the otherhand, is less risky because ZITL does not have the revenues right now to support its absurd market cap. If you're long you're betting on ZITL (or MD)receiving significant contracts just to keep the share price where it is...because without these contracts, ZITL simply cannot maintain its valuation.
