"You wont know true earning[s] until they are reporting by end of 2nd qtr" Are you saying, 1) They told you or somehow you know that they'll be reporting by the end of the second quarter? or 2) Second quarter would be the earliest they'd choose to, be able to, or otherwise be in a position to report something? I don't really understand that statement. Can you explain that in more detail for us? Presence - let me know what you find out re: NASD or other SRO membership, and I'll look into it too.
