Officers of the company sold stock in late March(its on the tape). Officers cannot buy or sell stock when a company is in talks to be taken over. Also it was not just mid-level officers who left, the CFO left this quarter and the IR person was on of the top officers listed in the perspectus. In the NY office there were 10 consultants, nine have quite and the vp of sales for NY also left, does not sound like sales are to strong.
