Speedway Report There was not very much business Friday 4-9 at 1:30pm and Sat 4-10 at 9:30am.I never counted more then 15 customers in the casino and cafe at any one time The food was good as noted by Bob C and the service staff was friendly and helpful. I had Lunch and breakfast. The decor was modern and attractive. On Sat morning there were 40 to 50 cars on the hotel side of the building. The management was not kidding when they said back in May 1998 "LONG TERM HOLD" The crown jewel of the company is the Mountaineer Resort.As long as mountaineer does well we will do well. Summary New business, no customers, modern premises,frendly and helpful staff. Lots of freeway construction in the area. Bob C have a good trip to Vegas.Leave your counter at home,you will not need it. Bob S
