Wayne - I agree - 24 hour trading is a dopey idea. It will just invite an explosion in manipulation of stocks and fraud. For the BB's the MM's have 7 1/2 hours M-F to wreck havoc - what will they do with 24h/7d trading? What will the volumes/spreads be at 3 AM? Who will want to hold the BB's overnight? What happens to News? Blockbuster stuff at 4 AM? I think the only folks who want it are the crims/jerks/scum. At 4 PM we all know where we stand. Time then to cath up on DD, etc. and prepare for the next day. JMHO David.
