DAK; Sunday News Journal in Wilmington, DE has a column called Delaware Movers where they give the leading ups and downs for the week. This week had CEPH as one of the ups (+17.9%) with the comment "Shares rise on strong sales of new narcolepsy drug Provigil". There was no other comment.
