Jeff - Is Meijer public or private? My assumption is private/family since I couldn't seem to find anything at www.wsj.com. If private/family owned you have another major advantage. Owners are far more motivated to invest in long term repairs rather than worry about how unexpected Y2K spending will impact their bonus compensation package. Private companies that quickly buckled down to Y2K efforts that come to mind are Fidelity Investments & LL Bean. Basic reaction from an owner is "Don't tell me the price tag, just make it happen so that my doors stay open." - David
