I do find it interesting that the SEC is investigating him for possible stock manipulation and stock fraud and he is hiring out as and SEC attorney? This can be checked out on the SEC site by doing a search on Field of Schemes. Has Mark had his day in court yet?

Don't bother I can look it up on the SEC site.
