the seller holding the stock down was rumored to be Joe Kernan from CNBC -- The CEO was on CNBC re a deal with Joe for the trading site to be named JoeKernan.com per a previous PR ... but for some reason the comp changed its mind to the new site name --- Joe may have been pissed. It is also rumored yet unsubstantiated that the German sites which have been up for 2 months have many thousands of accounts set up already ....
