Is the "pump and dump" what happened to NURS a few years back? I remember back in 96 when the stock was trading around $1 to $2 a share. I was out of town across the country on business, but saw the stock start to trade near $3 a share and decided to average down and bought some more. After a got back home, I got a newsletter in the mail that stated to buy NURS and sell at $5. The stock never hit $5, but almost did.

But how do you value this company? If that is the case, it sure did take it a long time to make it back. BTW, what did the last earnings report look like for this company.
