look dude --- I am only passing info from various sources and if its a rumor I state it as such -- dont kill the messenger --- You can find the Joe Kernan reference in one of the PR's -- I would assume he was given stock in exchange for the use of the site with his name -- that's all I know --- This info was just given to me from a poster who has been in the stock since the CEO was on CNBC earlier this year --- he shall remain nameless unless he wants to identify himself --- If you dont like the info - strike it from the record ---
