_____________AJ AND PACKRAT HERES A STORY FOR YOU.____________________

______________Controversy enters the Winspear Snap Lake Story_________
With Aber announcing a suit against Winspear.Aber missed sending a letter of commitment along with a cheque for its portion of the work program this year on Snap Lake project-so Winspear simply announced that they would pay the full costs of the exploration program and expect to have there interest increased from 67% to 80%.
Many people suggest they kiss and make-up,take the cheque from Aber and go on.Who needs letting the lawyersget involved?Thats probably true but if you were in a position where you thought you are coming up with the worlds biggest/richest diamond mine would you not want to increase your interest and to heck with controversy? This case is going to court shortly and it does confuse issues somewhat.I don't see a downside for Winspear because the worst case that can happen is Aber will be allowed to pony-up there money and retain their interest.
But as more tales come out about Aber these days,we think alot less of management. If one,who is suppose to be a lawyer and runs Aber can't even remember DATES like that how can he get across the street by himself?
Which brings us to Dr.Bob,who suggests that based on drilling results out so far ,they have already accomplished the tonnage he had expected he gives an "ASSURED"tonnage to date of 45 MILLION tons.

Cheers Buds Your going to need all the Help you can Get.
