d., on WGAT, Some don't think it'll be hot though. WCAP has such a small holdings, it really doesn't matter.

Excerpts:

While the IPO calendar this week does offer a cyber-related deal, analysts said the offering from
television-based Internet service WorldGate Communications Inc. may not see the usual fireworks.

That is because the lead underwriter on the deal, Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., is considered
relatively low-profile compared to the heavy-hitting Wall Street firms that typically shepherd new
issues to market, analysts said.

''They have a small underwriter leading the deal,'' said Ken Fleming, an analyst at Renaissance
Capital IPO Fund. ''But this is a company that offers faster Internet services.''

WorldGate has filed plans with the Securities & Exchange Commission to sell 4.5 million shares at
$12-14 a piece.
