The company will have to show results in the next 12 to 18 months, to justify it ridiculous valuation. Same holds for the Nets but with different parameters. Are you saying CSCO,AMGN and DELL don't live by this? They have a much higher multiple because of the market's cash flow, but their stock price reflects the old school PE. Those that don't today will have to transition later to it, so enjoy your free trading opportunity now while it there. I just try to figure out fair value for the short side, should that situation arise soon, although I don't see it yet. > As for AWRE; they are up huge because they are recognized as having the best designed product for the next generation DSL. Recognized by only a few analysts. They don't have a great product, but a great PR game for the software license ( which won't realize much in overall profits), ADI builds the chips.
