I don't buy that at all.....If ABZ was handcuffed by the terms of their last underwriting, they were aware of that for quite some time now, and at least for 6 months, if not a year, assuming that management makes and uses budgets like every other company does in the normal course of business....all they had to do was an interim private placement for $4 to $5 million with the likes of Franco Nevada(in for a pound, in for another penny)....ABZ directors and management appear to have been negligent in their duties...plain and simple as that.....
