Esteban, Yes, it can. The more sophisticated tax planning techniques use partnerships, family partnerships, limited partnerships, LLCs, LLPs, c-corporations , s-corporations and on-shore and off-shore trusts for trader status activity. Sometimes we want to be subject to SECA tax, other times, as you've asked, we want to avoid SECA tax.
