"One wonders whether Andreini pulled strings at Comdisco to do the Crescent deal, and whether he properly disclosed his conflicts of interest." I'm certain he did I went through all the filings at publicly held companies Andreini was involved in and at least one pointed out he was hired for his experiance in lease-financing. Creative guy!
