Ron and all, Looks like Westergaard is still following IDX. He says they will be commenting on the merger Monday. Identix Inc. News Analysis April 9, 1999 Identix (IDX 6 5/8 ASE): The Identix-Identicator Technologies Merger Took a Big Step Forward Yesterday With the Filing of an S-4 Any doubts about whether the IDX merger with Identicator Technologies (technically with IDT Holdings, Inc., the parent of Identicator) was on track were dispelled late yesterday afternoon with the filing of a registration statement covering the 5.05 million shares to be issued to IDT shareholders. The document translates in 14 pt. type to 546 pages when saved to disk, so give us the weekend to take a long and hard look.
