Re "similarly hopeful posts all over SI this weekend" I don't know about anyone else - but I sold some INTC last fall in the 70s and 80s and bought AOL and CMGI, both of which have gone up over 5 fold since - why is INTC such a desirable stock?? I believe long ago railroad stocks were once the most desirable, followed by radio stocks(?) - are CPU stocks in a similar twilight phase???
