One of the reasons IMDS issued more shares (now 100 million) was to cover a private placement (not enough available shares at such low trading prices). Has it been converted yet?

I can think of two reasons for converting.

1. If they want out. When they sell, the bottom will drop out, what with the millions of shares that will be off-loaded.

2. Because they know something positive is going to happen and they want in when the price is low.

So which is it?

I don't know. But they used legal channels to make it happen......Ben
