Is this a "design methodology" that you recommend, Scumbria

Intel is the only company which can do a perfect design/tapeout every time. The engineers at the other companies are forced to deal with the laws of nature, but Intel rides above that.

I think it is because Intel can do full chip Spice runs on their Merced emulator.
